All Flex 360® shears are constructed of triple tempered forged 440 stainless steel and are cryogenically hardened to increase wear resistance and blade life.  Additionally, the “leaf spring” and "ball-bearing" pivot systems distribute pressure evenly across the full length of the blades, and the ultra-sharp edges and cutting power are among the best in the industry.  All Flex 360® shears are made of the highest quality forged steel and are guaranteed for life against any defects.
