Return & Shipping Policy |
- All returns require
prior authorization and must be returned in resalable condition, with all original
packaging, accessories, and documentation, including any registration
card; so please don't discard these materials.

- Scissors that are returned because of normal wear
or damage from being used, will be repaired under our terms of
warranty. See: Warranty Policies Our
service department can repair virtually any damage that is caused
through normal use of scissors, to a like new condition.

- If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with
your scissors, please return it within 15 days. We will refund
the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. If the
return is a result of our error, we'll pay the original and return
shipping.
|
- Original processing/shipping fees are
non-refundable, except for damage or defective merchandise. A return
received after 15 days (but within 30 days) qualifies for merchandise
credit or exchange only. A return received after 30 days will be
returned to you.
|
- Delivery refusal for any reason other than damage,
defect, or wrong shipment will result in a 25% service fee.
|
- Special orders and customized items cannot be
cancelled or returned: however, in the event your item arrives damaged
or defective, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no
additional cost.
