1. Washer has a small bump for contact with
teeth on tension nut; clicks when being adjusted.
Some tension nuts have a built in washer that feels smooth when adjusted.
See Tension Settings.
2. Tension nut has teeth for contact with bump on
washer for securing tension setting. Not all tension nuts have teeth;
some have a built in washer and feel smooth when adjusted.
3. The small washer provides the give and take when
adjusting the tension. DO NOT LOSE IT.
Without the nylon washer your scissor can not be adjusted. Should you
lose it contact us and we will replace for the cost of postage. |
